As a Patient Experience Coach for BLG, a HealthStream® Company, Frankie coaches hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country to achieve and sustain excellence in how they deliver care to patients and families. She also teaches the best practices, tools and tactics that enhance employee engagement and improve the work environment. 

Her clients experience measurable and sustainable results in patient and employee satisfaction, and overall performance improvement. Before joining BLG, Frankie enjoyed a 30 year tenure with Walt Disney World. She was Senior Consultant for the Disney Institute, where she trained organizations across industries the Disney approach to service, people management and leadership. She worked extensively with executives and managers all over the world who wanted to benchmark the best practices of the Disney organization – including the “Disney Approach” to Leadership, Service, Management, and Innovation. She was integral in development of the Disney Institute, being hand selected to join the initial team as the Manager of Marketing and Operations. During her time there, Frankie assumed leadership positions in strategic planning, business development, operations, and finance. Prior to this role, Frankie worked in the areas of Finance and Sales. 

Frankie brings her enthusiasm and passion for coaching and training for performance excellence, which began at Disney, to healthcare and her clients at BLG. 

She is a graduate of Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
