Dr. Robert J. (Bob) Harriman
Dr. Bob Harriman has over 40 years of health care experience. He has managed large diagnostic imaging practices, a one-hundred sixty five physician multi-specialty group, several free-standing for-profit ambulatory surgery centers, physician-hospital joint ventures, a complete range of outpatient services, and a full-service ambulatory care facility.  He is currently a Senior Vice President of Baptist Health Care, a BLG, a HealthStream® company Consultant, and Administrator of Gulf Breeze Hospital, the Andrews Institute of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, and Baptist Medical Park–Navarre. 
Dr. Harriman holds advanced degrees in psychology and education and received his Doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior from Florida State University. He is a Registered Radiologic Technologist and a former member of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners.
Dr. Harriman was the inaugural administrator of Baptist Medical Park–University in 2000 and the Andrews Institute in 2007. He was the first Vice President for Quality and Patient Safety for Baptist Health Care and the first Baldrige Examiner in the system.
In 2009, Dr. Harriman was honored with two recognitions: The Ethics in Business Award was presented by the Combined Rotary of Pensacola and the University of West Florida College of Business. He was also recognized as Citizen of the Year by the Gulf Breeze Rotary and as such will travel to England to represent the area at a world-wide council.
He serves as a consultant with Baptist Leadership Group in Pensacola, Florida. In his leisure time, he is an offshore sailor and holds a commercial Captain’s License from the USCG.
