As a Performance Improvement and Research Coach for BLG, a HealthStream Company, Audrey uses her passion for service excellence to assist healthcare organizations in understanding and diagnosing their employee and patient satisfaction data, using the practice’s proprietary organizational assessment and measurement processes. During this custom assessment process, Audrey assists senior leaders in identifying organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement and provides a personalized action plan to assist leaders in taking the next steps to close the gaps in service excellence. She uses her Economics background and knowledge of incentives to guide leaders through a goal creation process that creates a culture of accountability and aligns the organization’s goals with leader goals. After all unclear expectations are often unmet expectations.
 
Audrey began her career in healthcare with a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm where she supported 100+ hospitals and health systems through implementing objective, outcomes based Leader Evaluations. There she managed and built relationships from C-suite leaders to frontline staff. Prior to this, she was an account representative with Enterprise Rent-a-Car, a JD Power and Associates customer service award winner. While there, she was awarded the highest customer service in the Tampa Bay area.
 
Audrey is a graduate of Florida State University where she studied economics and international affairs.
